The Northwind Pharmaceuticals patient portal allows users to engage with their pharmacy benefits through their employer sponsored plan and employer worksite health clinic, if applicable. Features of the app include:
• Start home delivery or transfer prescriptions to Northwind Pharmacy
• Manage prescriptions through Northwind Pharmaceuticals
• Enroll in Clinical BlueprintTM programs sponsored by employers
• Schedule consultations with the Northwind pharmacy team
• Search for medications available for home delivery and at on-site health centers (as applicable) through the employer’s benefit plan
• Update demographic and payment information to ensure timely and accurate delivery of prescriptions

- We added the ability to see number of refills remaining for medications.
- We introduced a secondary validation method for Rx number verification by allowing a user to upload their photo ID.
- We added the ability to place medication on-hold and the reason the for placing on-hold.
- We added a prompt to provide members a timeline to expect delivery of medication once removed from hold.

Crappy app

This app won’t show medications so I can’t do anything with it . Tried contacting cs but they have done nothing to fix it .
