Eight sectors and a lot of ambition later, you could be running a global empire: factories, luxury hotel chains, record labels, an F1 team, even an aerospace group. Every choice in between matters. LEAD. DON'T JUST TAP. Empryx isn't a passive clicker. Every business has its own level, staff, suppliers, and upgrades in marketing, automation, and training. Your brand reputation directly drives your revenue — protect it, or pay the price for a scandal you mishandled. DECISIONS THAT ACTUALLY MATTER Strikes, sick leave, raise requests — your teams have demands, and ignoring them costs you. A global economic event (an oil shock, a crypto winter, a heatwave) hits your sector: react and limit the damage, or take it on the chin. Nothing just happens to you without a say in it. BUILD YOUR EXECUTIVE TEAM Five executives (HR, marketing, operations, finance, and eventually a CEO) can take entire parts of your empire off your plate — if you can convince them to join you.
