*From ORIGINATOR - the creators of the beloved Endless Alphabet, Endless Numbers, and Sesame Street's Monster at the End of This Book and Another Monster.... Originator is a team of passionate artists and engineers dedicated to the best education+entertainment apps for kids.*
As a follow-up to Endless Alphabet, set the stage for early reading success with Endless Reader! This app introduces "sight words", the most commonly used words in school, library, and children's books. Kids need to recognize these words by sight in order to achieve reading fluency. Recognizing sight words is advantageous for beginning readers because many of these words have unusual spelling, cannot be sounded out using phonics knowledge, and often cannot be represented using pictures.
Kids will have a blast learning sight words and their context and usage with the adorable Endless monsters. Each word features an interactive word puzzle with letters that come alive, and then a sentence puzzle with words that become what they describe. See the word "dog" as a barking dog, and the word "up" reach for the sky!
** NOTE: You must be online and have sufficient disk space while running the app to get all words in the app. **
- 341 sight words to learn and play with.
- Delightful animations reinforce sight recognition of words in a fun and interactive way.
- Word puzzles reinforce spelling using lower-case letters and the sentence puzzles teach definition and usage (in addition to sight recognition).
- Endless Reader was designed with children in mind. There are no high scores, failures, limits or stress, and children can interact with the app at their own pace.
- SPECIAL FEATURES FOR TEACHERS: Settings to require spelling words in sequential letter order and to turn off background music.
Minor bug fixes.

My 23 month old started sight reading
This is absolutely one of the 5 publishers I trust. We look very carefully at material to make sure it is engaging, educational and beautiful. I am not sure why people think that children don’t deserve top shelf work, because they do. Other programs charge more for less and it’s a shame. Stick with endless reader and never question the value of buying the school edition up front, it’s a great investment
My 2 year old is reading
We bought the education bundle when my daughter was maybe 6 mo. At that age it was surprisingly easy for her to learn the drag and drop interaction and to match the letter and number shapes. She really enjoys the animations that reward her for getting it right. She started playing Endless ABCs and Endless Numbers regularly at around 16 mo. We just started her on Endless Reader at 25 mo. She really shocked us the other day by reading the words without audio. She is 25 mo. We are going to let her play Endless Wordplay now. I just need to sit down with her and teach her how mechanics of the differ from the other games. This app is amazing. It is teaching our daughter to read at an age that I didn’t think reading was possible. The age recommendation is 4+ but I highly recommend it for young toddlers.
BTW I didn’t have any issues with getting all of the words as some of the low ratings have mentioned. I’m about to buy the extras. It is just so good!

It's amazing to hear that she's been learning from our apps for so long! It means a lot to hear parents' support. Thanks for the review!
I have downloaded a ton of apps looking for something that will teach my kids and let them have fun too. Other apps drive me crazy with all in app purchases which makes my kids confused when trying to play. My 2 year old child is able to keep up with my 4 year old currently in a private school. I highly recommend all 3 games. I would not take the time out to write a review if the app was not worth it. I hope my review will help other moms out. Good Luck
