App not working for a week now
This app was a Godsend for me up until about a week ago, when all of a sudden, it doesn’t work anymore. Normally, I use this app at my clinic every day, and It has been an integral part of checking patients in. The clinic informed us that the app was,”down”, last week, which has happened before, but never for this long. What gives? Should we download a different app? It’s sad, cuz otherwise, this app deserves 5 stars, but with the latest dysfunction, I can’t leave any more than 3 at this time. I’m in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. PLEASE FIX
Trash garbage detestable filth company
Stay far away pink drinkers this is just a data grab for the puppetmasters do you really want your clinics to have your locations ,hear your conversations and use your online actions for any reason ? No thanks bozos its all they want is your info thats why theres not anything helpful about it for instance my clinic policy is that your not allowed to be a certain distance from clinic after you dose which is understandable they wouldnt want us selling benzos down the street and getting popped it would reflect on the clinic after enough events so now they can use the info from your gps to make sure were not hanging out to close doh! Thats just one way they can use this many more are being used many so complex and dirty i wont even pollute my keyboard with them but trust they are watching and by apping up like good little bobbleheads your agreeing to be bobbled fools all of you may the makers of this app be cursed for time and all eternity to never be free minds ever.
The company/app needs to be in touch with it’s customers and user base
Why aren’t there surveys to the users? Surveys that ask whether or not the info engage is showing it’s users (from Engage’s customers) is accurate? I use the app to get in line and get wait time estimates. Currently the wait times are horridly inaccurate. And the place I’m getting in line at admits it. But they said they don’t know what to do about it. Engage should be giving out surveys to the users so that they can gauge the accuracy of the info that companies are using their app to put out. If there are a disproportionate amount of people saying the info is inaccurate, Engage can send the surveys to the company and help them improve.
Otherwise there will continue to be bad ratings for the app and apathetic companies that are hardly aware of what it’s like on the user’s end.
Then again, maybe it’s just Engage that’s apathetic and ok with a mediocre product.
