Recovery Connect - CMS 17+

I really enjoy this app and think it is going to actually help me with my sobriety journey. The way the app is structured and what they have implemented to benefit your well being in life is pretty cool. The reminders. The short lessons. Short tests. Nothing is “too much” work. you never want to make an addict feel like they have to work extra in order to get/stay clean because there is already a ton of work that comes along with it. But this app has balanced out the whole thing pretty perfectly in my opinion. It is nice being able to jot down and keep track of my daily progress in this long journey. Tons of good things I could say about CMS Recovery Connect but those are just a few good key reasons that come to mind! 10/10 recommend. Thank You CMS Recovery Connect!!

I wish I would have downloaded this sooner!

This has made other tasks much easier such as tracking my medications and keeping track of my sleep patterns. I can keep track of my progress and set goals for myself through this awesome app. If you aren’t able to think of anything to help you track your success then the app has plenty of ideas that can be prefilled for you by the app in entirety or just partially then edited however you want.

Try it - what do you have to lose?!

I’ve been in recovery for 8 years now and I’m just now joining this app. I think this app can be a wonderful tool as long as it’s been utilized by both the client and recovery team. However I’m finding that one side or the other is usually lacking. Either the client doesn’t use the app or the clinician ☹️which is really a shame because I can see this being a extremely useful tool especially in early recovery. < than the the first year. Could use a little more information and lessons toward recovery maintenance and goals and such… and I’d love to see a feature somewhat like that of a Facebook private group in app where you could talk to others in recovery not just your recovery team. Just thoughts ..
