This update adds Intelligent Mail courtesy reply envelopes, A9 envelopes, and a fix for printers that don't list every envelope size. Specifically added: • Courtesy reply layout for Intelligent Mail: the barcode can now print in the lower-right clear zone with a FIM A, the same layout POSTNET already offered, for reply envelopes preaddressed back to you. The Endorsement pop-up is unavailable in the two courtesy reply layouts, since those envelopes come back to you. • A9 envelopes (5¾ × 8¾ in) join the size list, per a user request. • Support for envelope sizes your printer may not explicitly support. Many printer drivers handle only a few envelope sizes and mis-frame the rest; EnvelopeCoder detects this and works around the limitation. • On launch, EnvelopeCoder detects an address on the clipboard and pastes it into the recipient field. A Settings switch turns this off if not desired. • Added a File ▸ Print… menu item. • Address fields are a little larger for easier reading. • Other small tweaks and help refinements.

This update adds USPS ancillary service endorsements and several small refinements. • Ancillary service endorsements: choose Address Service Requested or Return Service Requested under the return address, and EnvelopeCoder places it according to USPS rules — below the return address, or above the recipient block on smaller envelopes. If no compliant position exists, the app tells you instead of printing it wrong. A new Help topic explains what each endorsement does and what it costs. • ALL CAPS option prints the recipient in the format USPS prefers, without changing what you typed. • Hide Country Line If Same drops a trailing "USA" (or other country) when the return address is in the same country. • VoiceOver now describes the envelope preview: size, addresses, barcode, endorsement, and any warning. • Address fields use Courier for easier reading at small sizes. • Help refinements, including clearer notes on POSTNET's status and the Service Type ID field.

This update makes EnvelopeCoder comfortable on smaller screens. • The welcome screen now fits any Mac display — it scrolls when space is tight, its buttons are always reachable, and the Esc key closes it. • The envelope preview makes better use of large windows. • Contact search results stay visible even at the smallest window size. • Clearer steps for switching on the Normalize Address service — the checkbox lives inside the collapsed "Text" group in System Settings, and the instructions now say exactly that. • Fit-and-finish tweaks throughout.

This first update polishes the out-of-box experience and makes the barcode-related settings more failure-resistant. Specifically: • Sample addresses on first launch — a new install now shows a demonstration envelope, barcode included, so you can see what EnvelopeCoder does before typing anything. • Guided setup for the system-wide Normalize Address service — macOS ships services switched off, so the Welcome window and Settings now take you straight to the right pane and walk you through the one-time enable. • Support for six-digit Mailer IDs as well as nine-digit — enter yours as is; EnvelopeCoder extends it automatically so it encodes correctly. • Smarter barcode settings — the Intelligent Mail fields accept only digits, say exactly what needs fixing, and a malformed value can no longer make the barcode quietly vanish from a printed envelope. • Easier-to-find purchase options — Unlock Barcode Printing and Restore Purchases now also live in the EnvelopeCoder menu. • One purchase covers your whole Family Sharing group — now explained in the built-in help. • Clearer help throughout — plainer wording, plus USPS-verified guidance on fonts and legibility.
