EnvelopeCoder prints addressed envelopes with USPS barcodes from one window. Type or paste an address, pick an envelope size, and print. BARCODES Print Intelligent Mail barcodes (IMb) with ZIP+4 and delivery point routing, or POSTNET barcodes in the address block or at the lower right with a FIM A pattern for courtesy reply designs. Both encoders verify themselves against official USPS test vectors at every launch. The preview is true to scale, and the print paper size follows the envelope automatically. ADDRESS NORMALIZATION (OPTIONAL) One click standardizes a recipient address to USPS-standard formatting and adds ZIP+4, carrier route, and delivery point information. Normalization uses Geocodio, a third-party geocoding service, with your own free Geocodio account and API key; lookups happen only when you ask. EVERYTHING ELSE Search Contacts for recipients. Save styled return addresses. Reprint from the printed-envelope history. Undo a normalization. Calibrate for your printer. Built-in help covers all of it. PRIVACY Your addresses stay on your Mac. No analytics, no telemetry, no accounts, no ads. The only network traffic is the address lookup you explicitly request, sent to Geocodio under your own account.
