All appointments and adjustments made in the app are sent in real-time to your Envision Software. Connect to the app over any speed internet connection including Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, and Edge.
The security options in the EnvisionAccess App are the same as those set up for EnvisionAccess. Easily adjust your employees' security settings from within the Envision management software.

Wish it was more reliable
It’ll go days of being able to login no problem. Then it’ll just close on you at a random time and you won’t be able to log back in for hours. Everytime you go back it says problem connecting with server. Same complaint as others had years ago and it’s still not fixed. Please fix it! I would love to feel confident that I could pull it up anytime I need to check my schedule for clients.
Wish the app was better!
I was using another app before that let me use their services for free. I moved to another salon and this is the appointment app that they currently use. I wish the app would work wether the main computer was off or on. The app won't work if the main computer is turned off or in sleep mode. I dis-like that you can't see what day of the week it is, and that I can't schedule any clients on times that I'm not scheduled to work. And that I can't double book on the app. Please fix this!
Now with this new update I can't get into the app! It keeps crashing!!! Worst app ever!
After all this the app is delayed. When I open the app and try to change the date/day to see my schedule it has a 30 second delay before it changes to the date/day I want to see. With all the money the salon pays for the app you would think they would have a better app for us. I would never recommend this app and/or envision program to anyone. This is one of the worst I have ever dealt with.
Often claims the server at place of business isn't connected, when the Envision program at work is working just fine. Now this app won't even give that message - just flips back to the desktop, thus becoming unopenable. When it is working, it is tedious to schedule your client for multiple services (doesn't have the Save and Add option the PC program has). Doesn't have a weekly view of your schedule, you can only view one day at a time. It also won't allow you to adjust the amount of time for a service after it has been scheduled. The same goes for blocked time - you cannot adjust the blocked time once it's been blocked, you have to pray the app won't crash and delete the block and create a whole new block. Fix these please, I've got a business to run!
