Love Gloss

I’ve been using this app for years and have always loved it! I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to give a shoutout to their customer service. There were some glitches with the update back in January, but they fixed them quickly. I also reached out to support via email when I had an issue, and they responded within 10 minutes. They resolved the problem and none of my data was lost.

I’ve seen some reviews mentioning missing data, but in my case, I just couldn’t see some of my formulas for about 24 hours. Once I contacted support, they made an update on their end, and everything reappeared. Based on my experience, a lot of issues were resolved with either a quick update or by reaching out to support.

What an update on an update!

I admit, I originally left a bad review after the first big update. It was fairly bad but this app really listens to their users! They took into account our issues and ratings and delivered. It took a few weeks but it’s finally back in working order. So I requested to delete my old rating. It’s now super fast and efficient now. It’s super simple and easier to use. If I could change anything, it’s the pink print when writing notes. I have a hard time reading it a lot of the time when I write anything. When you’re clicked on that singular note, it is in black. So that I like because it’s clear and easy to read anything. But the light pink is tough to read.

(They are even adjusting the pink text now!) so exciting!

Disappointed

I was very happy with this app until I renewed my yearly subscription and now the app only displays vertically on my iPad. I have been using it in the landscape mode with my keyboard for the past year. When I asked why it does not display in landscape mode anymore I was told it was only made to be viewed in vertical mode “for the best experience”? Something obviously changed because I WAS using it in landscape mode for an entire year. It’s very difficult to use on an iPad with a keyboard in vertical mode. (The case and keyboard are all one). Really bummed.

UPDATE: they fixed the problem and it’s working in landscape mode again and I am very happy! THANK YOU! :)
