Never by this pos
I m using this point of sale system from last year. First they don’t have 24/7 customer service. They even don’t know wat they guys doing last week my credit card machine was down I keep calling them from 4 days they couldn’t fix my problem they keep telling me my credit card terminal have problem but that’s not true just only one of my credit card terminal have problem other one was good but they don’t know how to fix so they keep put me hold for 30 min and after they told me we are upgrading our system that’s why not working so I loose my business and my costumers for week
No iOS 13 support
They don’t release their apps to keep up with Apple iOS releases. Pretty much when apple go from iOS 12 to 13. Their current app is useless. They are not motivated to work on the new app because their bulk of sales comes from their own ops hardware software bundle. The mobile app takes a very small part of their revenue. As an mobile app end user this is extremely bad news.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
