No reading required for the core flows. No pressure. Just one tap to check in, and calm within reach. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Check in with one tap. Tap how you're feeling. Logging a hard moment takes seconds, and it's always okay to skip the rest. • Get the right tool at the right moment. epRegulate suggests calming tools matched to how you feel and what's helped you before. It learns what works for you. • Open your calm-down kit. Ten built-in tools, ready before the hard moment hits: balloon breathing, 4-7-8 and square breathing, deep-pressure calming, a body scan, a calm counter, and quiet visual scenes. gentle rain, slow ocean, forest, and a settling sensory bottle. • Say it without words. Tap a communication card to show a need, "I need a break," "too loud," "help please," "I'm okay", then hold up your phone. Big symbols and color carry the meaning. • Make transitions predictable. A First → Then board and a visual timer take the surprise out of what's next, one of the simplest ways to ease a rough transition. • See the week clearly. A plain-language recap shows how the week went, the top triggers, and which tools actually helped. The math is simple and explainable, no black box.
