Take donations in person at your event — connect a card reader, charge a
card, and send a receipt on the spot.
Equack is the staff companion app for running duck-race fundraisers. Pair a
Stripe Reader M2 over Bluetooth and accept card-present donations right at the
table — no laptop, no paper forms.
• Take payments in person. Tap, insert, or swipe a donor's card. Their ducks
are assigned and a receipt is emailed automatically.
• Find any order. Search by name, email, or order number and review its
status and items.
• Refund or resend. Issue a refund or resend a receipt in a couple of taps.
• Practice first. Turn on the built-in simulated reader to run the full flow
without hardware.
Equack is a tool for event staff and requires an Equack account. In-person
payments use a Stripe Reader M2 (sold separately) and require Bluetooth and
Location access.
