Worst app I’ve ever used
The app does not let you make payments half the time, when you hit make payment it does nothing the button doesn’t work. You also can’t set up auto pay which is very inconvenient. It won’t let you save login into which is also very inconvenient. You can’t have a very secure password because it has to be less than 10 characters. The format of the app and the features looks like something from 1997. Overall highly disappointed and would give 0 stars if I could. App needs to be updated ASAP
App is slow and unresponsive
can’t even register/reset password because the button literally doesn’t do anything. Nor does the Contact Us option when you swipe left. Don’t waste your time downloading the app. 1/5

I don’t know, it’s always worked fine for me. Payments always went through. It does need to be updated tho.
