What is this? I downloaded the app and I’m asked for “eRSP site address”.
I tried to call three times and was disconnected. Said to call over WiFi.
Nothing wrong with my cell service.
NOT impressed from the start!!
Poor quality
This app is a great idea with poor execution! I have had to start taking photos of me arriving at my clients house due to the app saying I am late when I am not. The gps works kinda but time keeping doesn’t work at all! The only thing that works properly is the activity log. It would be nice if the developers took care of these issues.
Poor service
The service is poor. You are supposed to be able to do it all in this app : clock in, care notes, care plan, , client signature, clock out. However that is not the case. It takes too much time going back and forth from app to home page to get everything completed.
