They don’t even deserve a star because they can’t do the job they are hired to do and that’s keep up with time and pay people early daily. Instead of daily pay it when ever we wanna pay or wait until time closes to wanna fix a issue they have leaving ppl in a space they are trying to get out of or they not able To pay a bill cause they system only works for 1 week then down the rest. Ima blast this on Facebook too and chat messages with rude reps. I’ve been screen shooting every bad experience since last year in January. I’m finna tear y’all business down with Google if y’all can’t get this ish together and hire more respectful reps. And train them to do stuff other than answer phone. This is a new day a site been down since 21 of October and it’s the 27th so if u depend on it don’t they have horrible attitudes and will hang up on you cause they don’t d anything but sale lies every week each month stay tune I’ve been screen shooting their bad service when they are wrong.

OnShift!! Many HEALTHCARE career locations use your platform. Please fix whatever BUG issues you have on the APP! It has become absolutely ridiculous trying to check my schedule, pick up, or process a request. The lame “connection excuse” problem when I log into any MOBILE device is getting OLD. I know for a FACT it has NOTHING to do with “connection”. Especially since I have access to it on the actual desktop site. The app is more clean and organized than the desktop site and easier to manage. SO IM ASKING YOU, NO! BEGGING YOU, PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE ASAP! You are receiving multiple complaints by multiple employees. Also if it is possible, can you add an option for employees to see which employees are working which days so they can compare schedules? Thank You

So I understand apps don’t work or have glitches sometimes BUT when I tell you it is WEEKLY! It’s 2025 spend some money on a good IT person this is insane! The app barely works it kicks you out constantly and it’s antiquated. You know what… hire me! Heck what do you need I can work remote. Someone get me in touch with the CEO I have some great ideas and I’m willing to market you to all the nursing homes that used to use your company prior to you getting out paced by your competitors. Signed a seriously exhausted employee who just wants to pick up shifts but can’t because it crashes constantly.

My job uses this app to put up the schedule, however it’s pretty useless. I can never get it to load and can only see my schedule on a good day. It crashes, logs you out, and it’s so slow it gets irritating. It constantly says it “has trouble connecting” and that there’s scheduled maintenance but it never seems to get better. It’s so frustrating when I try to look at it and it never loads or kicks me out. At this point I’d rather hope for it to be taken off the app store and be forced to get a new app than to continue using this one.
