The app doesn’t do anything but redirect you to the website, which is pointless. If I wanted to use the website, I wouldn’t have downloaded the app. Either way, you cannot access all the things it says you’ll be able to, which brings me back to the original point: it’s pointless.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! To clarify, the app currently redirects you to the browser only for the login step, but you are automatically brought back into the app afterward to access all features. Additionally, if you enable Face ID in the latest version of the app, you can log in quickly without having to enter your password each time — making the process much faster and helping you skip that extra step. We appreciate your input as we continue working to improve the overall experience!
Useless app.
Every time i log in, it go to the browser and i sign in and It Does Not take me back to the app. I had the face id activated to avoid it, still takes me to the browser and i’m stuck on a blank page and unable to access my account. Doesn’t work at all, constantly deleting and re-downloading for it to be just wasted storage on my phone. I am not the only one, in my workspace colleagues are having the same problem with your app.. It needs to be fixed..

This app is the worst work related app I’ve ever had to use! Can’t “check time card”punches… and it also doesn’t give options to change needed things… not to mention it took a year and a half to get my PRIMARY work Facility back under my account… after it just disappeared!

If these options are missing or incorrect, please contact your HR or payroll administrator to review your permissions and update your assignment.
