I don’t know what’s going with this app… it’s horrible… you can’t even borrow from this app anymore… it’s been glitching ever since the new update…. I cant borrow anything .. it takes you to a blank white page after you “Agree” to pay back… Never had issues with this app until the new version…. Don’t seem like it’s going to get fixed becos it’s been like this over a month… Developer might as well take this app out the App Store… It doesn’t work

So I received an email from this company called my company to make sure if they worked with them or not. My agency says target do. It’s possibly over a month now and keeper still says they can’t locate my account. I always speak to the same one person and he claims he’s the only one working the department I call. I don’t see how that’s even possible to have oneeeeee person working a wholeeeeeee department alone especially with all the issues they have. At this point my company shouldn’t deal with keeper anymore or they should do like other agencies and pay us themselves ahead of time. I’m thinking to give it one more try and then if it still doesn’t work I’m done with it cause I’ve been waiting on a call back and still nothing at all.
Unable to locate my account
I have called several times for the past couple of months for a updated phone number.. finally after a month of calls and emails I get my number updated. Now the app still does not recognize my account and every time I call I’m told to give it a few days for the system to recognize my new number… it’s now been 5 days and still I’m not able to use the app..🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ I also get an email saying it can takes weeks for the app to recognize my new number! and my agency says they can’t help because this app is a 3rd pty app… don’t know why my agency even recommends this app to its employees as a way of pay when this app customer service is just down right horrible!!!!! This app is clearly poorly coded..
