The App dose not work

I tried using this app this I got an email from Etisalat to renew my .ae domain. In the email and the website the recommend using this app. I tried to search for a domain that did not work. I tried to log in it said that the service is not available. I called the support number they did not know that the app existed. And did not know anything about domain renewal.
