Bugs and errors, hard to search and browse
I frequently get errors. I tried to report the error in the app using their email contact option, and that broke too. Couldn’t even send the feedback email.
On top of that, it’s really hard to browse. It makes you pick a location first and then say your pickup times and drop off. But if your location is closed, they just say — nope, sorry. So you go back to square one and try the next location and hope the hours work out. Why not just have the user enter the pickup drop off times first, then show the available location — makes much more sense, right??!

App charged me twice, still no confirmation email, refunded extra charge will take 2 weeks minimum
Easy enough to use and book a car. Submitted payment and then discovered I was charged twice (over $4200). Also, there was no confirmation email - do I have the rental? - but later there was an email sent to me to compelling me to complete the booking and that my car is still waiting for me (!) I reached out to Europcar to resolve the issue and now I’ve been told I have a reference number to handle my case but it may take up to 10 business days to refund the money they erroneously charged me - we can easily give them money, but when it’s their error, sorry, but we’re holding onto your money for a bit. My wife the lawyer is now mad as I should have stuck with our usual car rental company. Thanks Europcar!

I made a car reservation online and downloaded the App so to have a place where to store all the details and of my car booking. On the plus side the App lets you add the details to your calendar. On the negative side the App doesn’t add the booking to Apple Wallet - while it should ad per last update - and, even more bizarre, if I use the App without logging in it finds my booking, if I log in it doesn’t find it and so I can’t store it in my dashboard. Please, fix this as for the rest the App works correctly, at least for me.
