Price: In most locations, we charge a service fee on top of the parking cost the operator charges. The total price and fee breakdown are shown in the EasyPark app when you set your end time and before you start to park, as well as in your parking receipt when the session has ended, so you are confident about how much you’re paying. With the EasyPark app, you can:

Awesome service
I used EasyPark while traveling in Stockholm for business last week and the service worked great. I was even able to extend my parking from my phone, which ParkMobile does not offer here in the US. EasyPark must have built support for international phone numbers, as I was able to use my US number. Love the app and service! I will definitely be using it again on my trip to Copenhagen next month.

Needs improvement
I tried to report an issue but it said I hadn’t made any purchases to do so (which I have and is an issue in itself), so I’m posting the issues in a review. First time I went to purchase parking the payment timed out, then the app would not let me retry for many times, and when you have a fussy baby in a stroller out in the cold, that feels like forever. It finally let me purchase my parking, then when it came time to extend parking there was absolutely no where in the app to extend it. I even searched the help section, which just referred me back to the app with no extend button anywhere. A notification popped up on my Apple Watch about extending, but then immediately disappeared before I could even read it let alone push a button. So I could not extend and had to wait it out each time, which was very frustrating.
The language regarding which notifications you want to set could also be more clear.
Good but watch out for this…
EasyPark is really a good App and I would have rated it higher except for one thing that could be easily corrected.
You have to be careful if you use the very useful camera feature with a car once it is no longer in your possession - for instance after you finished renting the car or you sold the car. If you don’t delete the license plate from the App you will pay for the next renter’s parking.
I wish that the App made this clearer at the time I added the license plate rather than relying on their terms and conditions to inform me. It would be even better if the camera triggered a request to my App to approve the parking first and not automatically bill. The parking App Pango has such controls built in .
