App too busy during training

I like how workouts can be sectioned by warm up, workouts, intervals and whatnot. I do not like that I have to start each section. Once the workout it started I should be able to move through it freely. If I accidentally hit done in a section it’s a hassle to go back and hit the edit button to fix when I’m still currently doing the workout.

Also, if I want to do a workout not on a scheduled day, I have to hit the small calendar button and move to current day in order to start the workout. In other apps you just hit start workout and the option to move is given. It may seem lame, but initially I didn’t know this and it took a few minutes to realize why I couldn’t start my workout.

I also dislike that I can’t auto fill my weights in my workouts. When logging weights you can type the weight in, but reps have a scroll which isn’t convenient at all. I’d rather have the option to type my reps in also, and auto fill those as well. It would allow for more time focusing on my workout and less time in the app.

Overall, the app runs smoothly, I just feel I spend too much time on using the app during my workout.

Decent but lacking

I agree with everything the previous reviewer stated about the inconvenience of having to start each section, the lack of auto fill in weights, the inability to add an extra exercise to the day’s routine, and the scroll for selecting weight or reps is a pain, mostly because it isn’t easy to activate the scroll.
My biggest issue… I have to be tethered to my phone! I can’t do a workout without the phone. The app needs updated to talk to our watches, whether it be Garmin or apple. I mean it already connects to apple health.
Also, be nice to have a library of exercises you can tweak your workout to that are accessible to all clients and not dependent upon the coach having to load them. Flexibility and personal choice are important to me, especially when I want to lift more than is scheduled.
Not a bad app, just lacking in areas of convenience for the client.

Frustratingly tedious

This app expects you to keep it open during your entire workout, and click through it constantly, and that's not how I want to use it.

It should be one single click to mark a set or an entire workout as done. Having to check off individual sets and then the subsequent rest interval timer is too much of a chore. I'd rather the app thinks I missed a workout than perform all these clicks.

Similarly, I do much of my meal prep a day ahead. But I can't log a meal for a future date, so I have to take a photo and remember the description and then write it at the time of meal rather than when I did my cooking. It's annoying enough that I'd rather not log meals than add these tedious steps to my routines.
