Put both on the table. Anyone in the group can propose dates, places, restaurants or activities, everyone votes, and the answer comes back in an afternoon instead of forty messages. 2. INVITE THE GROUP One link is enough. Send it in your usual chat and people are in, looking at the same event as you. Friends who are not ready to sign up can join as guests and still do everything. 3. BUILD THE PLAN TOGETHER The schedule fills itself hour by hour, written by whoever knows: the person who booked the restaurant, the one driving, the one who found the hike. Change a time and the whole group sees it right away, so nobody shows up an hour early because they read an old message. 4. GET READY WITHOUT THE REMINDERS Shared lists take care of the rest. Groceries, what to pack, who brings the speaker and who picks up the cake. Everyone ticks off what they have handled, and you stop asking. 5. LIVE THE EVENT Add each expense as you pay it, in two taps.
