I love this app! On a purely shallow surface level, I love it for its awesome visual displays—especially the snow forecast. Beautiful snowflakes and no shoveling! I also love the lightning effects. Check out the daily forecast banner at the bottom—with a simple swipe to the left you can see into next week for predicted weather with highs and lows. Swiping the animated image from top to bottom brings up much of the same information for those who prefer read text reports. There are plenty of graphs and charts to keep one busy. Any weather alert broadcasts can be found below the charts. Just click to read the detailed info and areas included in the alert. In clock mode (tap the little clock/date icon at upper right of screen), tap the icon just to the left of three o’clock inside the clock to monitor one of several hourly variations. Looking for snow or rain? Choose precipitation... Or humidity... wind... and more. You can ‘dial’ up to 12 hours forward to view ahead as well. When you release your touch it will all scroll back to the correct time. There is so much more to explore in this app! For example, the icon to the left of the little clock/date icon will bring up a radar map. I haven’t found everything yet! I have enjoyed this app for several years and often get a better forecast here than elsewhere. It’s worth the price!

Only Weather App You’ll Ever Need.

This is the absolute BEST weather app I have ever used, and I don’t plan to ever download a different one. This app beats all others for its quality, ease-of-use, user-friendly interface, and plethora of useful features. This all does everything those fancy schmancy subscription-based apps do, for a much smaller and ONE TIME ONLY fee. That fact alone was my main incentive for downloading eWeather in the first place—if i’m going to pay for an app, it should unlock all the features. Good on this company for doing just that. For the level of information this app makes accessible, they could easily get away with charging monthly or at least increasing the initial price, and yet, they don’t. If you’re on the fence about downloading this app, take it from me: YOU WON’T REGRET IT. I have happily relied on eWeather for years as my only weather source; that will never change. I even persuaded my mom, a big weather person who peruses various weather sources, to download this app. Initially, she was hesitant to pay for such an app, but once I showed her everything it does she knew it was a no-brainer, and to this day, she talks about how great this app is. Download it now! It is worth every penny!

Only Weather App You’ll Ever Need.

This is the absolute BEST weather app I have ever used, and I don’t plan to ever download a different one. This app beats all others for its quality, ease-of-use, user-friendly interface, and plethora of useful features. Buy this app! You won’t regret it. I wrote the following review 7 or 8 years ago and it still stands. I use this app each and every time I want to check the weather, about 5-10 times per week these days. The improvements to the graphics over the years have been excellent, but the addition of radar is my favorite! It follows thunderstorms and hurricanes almost in real time! Enjoy!—-I love this app! I use it 10-30 times daily to check forecasts, temp & barometric pressure in my relatives' areas and in my own. I am disabled and significantly affected by the barometric pressure. I also recently moved across the country, so it's very helpful for me to keep track of the weather & pressure back home & in my new climate. I have recommended this app to many people & will continue to do so. It is the best weather app I've found & I've tried many. In fact, I stopped looking once I found this one because it has all of the info I want in one place & is very accurate. Take my word for it, this is the one you want!

We live in the country in North Texas where weather can change quickly, so current radar & forecasts are a little Off to Earth and to imperative. I use this app on both my iPhone & my iPad. It provides all I need I for this area, plus the same kind of info for cities where our grown kids live. When we plan a trip to a different part of the country, I temporarily add that location weeks before so we know what to expect. The graphics are incredible, & the data to back them up is rich & as accurate as your local TV forecast. Weather warnings, recent earthquakes, tides, & Amber alerts are also available. Options allow you to customize what you see & hear. I can't think of anything they haven't thought of! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the occasional lack of consistency between the main page with forecasts for the next several days plus all the stats for moon phase, hours of daylight, etc., & the next page showing long or short (your choice) descriptions of the forecast. Those used to be in sync, but recently they don’t always appear to be updated with the same forecast as the main page. If that were fixed, I don’t think there would be anything left to make it perfect.

Thank you for using eWeather HD app! This release fixes the following issues: Barometric pressure sensor may not display realtime air pressure on some devices running iOS 17.4 and higher. We recommend updating to this version for the most accurate air pressure readings!
