Scan a zone, work the day's checks, and raise non-conformances from the floor. eWizer is the field app for hygiene and cleaning teams working to food-safety standards. It turns the daily cleaning schedule, the audit checklist and the non-conformance process into one guided flow on the phone in the operative's hand — and it keeps working when the signal does not. PROOF OF PRESENCE Scan the QR code at a zone to check in. Every task completion is tied to the zone it was recorded in, so the record reflects where the work actually happened rather than where someone said it did. THE DAILY SCHEDULE Each shift opens with what is due: areas to cover, checks outstanding, and anything still needing attention from earlier. Work recorded outside the schedule is captured too — the schedule is a minimum, not a ceiling. PHOTO EVIDENCE WITH ANNOTATION Capture evidence against any check and mark it up directly — circle the problem, point at it, label it. Annotations stay re-editable rather than being burned into the image. NON-CONFORMANCE REPORTS Raise an NCR against a failed check, grade it, attach evidence and route it for follow-up. Open items surface on the home screen until they are closed out. STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES Browse the SSOPs that apply to the site, with key inspection points and reference imagery, so the method is available at the point of work. CHEMICAL CONCENTRATION VERIFICATION Verify dilution at the station using the method that chemical actually calls for — titration drops, microstainer, conductivity, ppm or visual. Failed verifications prompt a re-test and escalate when they fail again. AUDITS AND HANDOVERS Run audits to completion, capture multi-party signatures, and export a report. Shift handovers record what the next team needs to know. BUILT FOR SITES WITH POOR SIGNAL Cold rooms, production halls and wash bays are unkind to mobile data. eWizer records work offline and syncs when the connection returns, so an operative is never blocked by coverage. eWizer is supplied to organisations under a service agreement. You will need an account from your employer or hygiene service provider to sign in.
