Why can’t I get ahold of anyone?

I keep getting emails saying I need to check my account. I go to check and they keep claiming I do not have an account. I remember I’ve had one in the past. I have the app but haven’t used it in months. After a few days I tried to just open a new one but apparently it can’t verify that it’s really me. No big deal I rather them play it safe. My issue is no matter what I can not get ahold of anyone I did end up finding 3 different numbers and I’ve called repeatedly all 3 to try to get help but there is a machine that answers that is not helpful at all there’s no option available for what I need unless you want to buy your credit score. I ask for customer service and the machine hangs just hangs up. I do not want to buy anything I need help getting in and the machine does is hang up. I never ever have an issue with credit karma. If I really don’t have an account like it’s claiming I don’t then I want to stop getting the emails stating I need to check my account. There’s no way to unsubscribe from those. I can’t speak for the app since I can’t log in for some reason but one thing is for sure your machine is trash. Hoping I get a human response with this so I can update the review! 🤞🏼

Awesome Credit App

Prior to using Experian’s credit app, I used Credit Wise from Capital One. In rebuilding my credit I wanted to monitor my credit accordingly and make the right moves to increase my score. Maybe, there is a glitch with CreditWise but my score always sucked no matter what I did. Paying on time, minimizing my utilization my score was horrible. I switched to Experian and my score was decent. Experian gave an accurate reflection of all my hard work and financial discipline. I love Experian Boost, which basically rewards you for things that you always pay such as rent and my celular bill. I also, like the credit card recommendations they send you as your Credit improves. With this feature I can know what cards I am more likely to be approved for. Finally they also make it super easy to check for any erroneous information on my report and have it disputed within 30 days. Experian is by far the best credit app on the market today.
