Keep track of active client projects, respond to feedback on the go, and handle important tasks directly on set or at an event. YOUR WORKSPACE AT A GLANCE The dashboard brings together new galleries, videos, and guest uploads. Alerts show you which photos need moderation, which videos are currently under review, and which contracts are still pending. Global search helps you quickly find content and projects. MANAGE PHOTO GALLERIES Search and filter your galleries, open photos in full-screen view, and share galleries directly with your clients. Save selected images or complete galleries to your photo library in different sizes. REVIEW VIDEOS TOGETHER Play videos directly in the app, read timecoded client feedback, and keep track of the current approval status. This makes it easy to review and manage feedback wherever you are. MODERATE GUEST UPLOADS Review photos uploaded by guests through an event link. Approve suitable images individually or in bulk, and hide content before it becomes visible in a gallery. ORGANIZE SHOOTS AND CHECK-INS Scan QR codes for fast participant check-ins or enter codes manually. Track attendance, assigned photos, and the progress of your group shoot directly on site. MORE FROM YOUR WORKSPACE Keep track of contracts and signature activity, open signed PDFs, and manage model releases. You can also access projects, clients, asset collections, client requests, insights, and notifications. All content remains private and tied to your workspace, with no public profiles, feeds, or advertising. An existing Exportlab workspace is required.
