Be carful brothers and sisters…when some device came to you broken or have any problem they will delay you for a weeks to make you despair of replacing the device and force you to accept maintenance for it. The slander here is how you buy a new device and they sell you a broken one. I am in my way to make dispute to Ministry of Commercial to I force them to teak the one broken and bring a device free from faults.انتبهوا من إكسترا… اولاً يتغافلك البائع ويوقعك على اشتراكات شرحها لك وابديت عدم رغبتك فيها. ثانياً اشتريت فرن وحينما وصل وجدته مكسور ومضى الآن عشرة أيام وهم يماطلون لعلي اقبل ان يتعمل له صيانة على الرغم من ان الفني قال ان سياسة الشركة تضمن لك ان تستبدله لك بواحد سليم. وقد قدمت شكوى ضدهم لوزارة التجارة. حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل.

لا أنصح أبدًا في هذه الشركة ، أسلوب التسويق لديهم سيء ، يقدمون عروض وعند الشراء يتم سحب المبلغ مباشرة ، ثم يدخل الزبون في دوامة كبيرة من المماطلة ، وعند إلغاء الطلب ستمضي أيام كثيرة والمبلغ لن يسترجع لحسابك. شكوتهم لوزارة التجارة بعد طلب لم يتم شحنه ، وتم الغاءه والمبلغ لم يسترجع بعد ٢٥ يوم من طلب الاسترجاع ، وحتى الان لم يرجع. إذا أردت الشراء فاحذر الشراء من التطبيق ، لأنك ستصاب بألم الرأس وعدم الاكتراث من الشركة ، فلن يستجيبوا لاتصالاتك أو شكواك. خير شاهد حسابهم السعودي بتويتر ، شاهد الزبائن المتضررين.I don’t recommend buying from this store at all. They uses offers to catch u, when that’s happened and u pay, you are welcome too a circle of waiting to get you order. And will never receive it, then u may consider canceling and get refunded, however that would be another circle of waiting for so long.I submitted a complaint to the Ministry of Commerce in KSA, that Extra didn’t ship my order, and I cancelled the order and know almost 25 days since I cancelled and did not get money back.
Worst shopping app ever!!!
WASTE OF TIIIMME
18 times I add items to my cart from scratch, every time I open the cart the app empties it and I start again!!! Infuriaaaaaaating!!!!!!Alternatively, every time I get 10 items in the app crashes and when I relaunch the cart is empty! I have an account, I am signed in, there is no reason for my cart to keep self emptying! It’s like you don’t want ppl to complete their purchase, your making it really hard to shop from your store online, well, your loss, invest in fixing your app or keep losing customers!
