I didn't get the service I paid for
I want this problem to be solved, yes, but I don't know when it will be solved, and in this process, why am I paying for a service that I didn't get the reward. I passed the compensation or excuse, why don't you even refund the money? App shotdown itself
App shutdown itself automagically just after 4-5 seconds the stream get started. It has been like that for a long time and no one take care of it. They neither fix the issue nor refund the money they never deserve.
