Here's what you can do:
TO DO: View and respond to orders requiring action (accept/reject, confirm modification, etc.).
ORDERS: View all orders, filter by store and time period, create and share a PDF of an order.

Needs a notification sound!

This app is so easy to use, manage and the support staff is always helpful and amazing! I just wish this app had a notification sound. It’s literally the only app on my phone without one. Please please please create a sound for this app!

Zero customer service after on boarding

I had high hopes to get my restaurant on this platform. During the initial on boarding process, I had constant communication with the only two individuals with the set up. Once I received an email that my restaurant was live, I hoped online to check it out. Sadly, my menu “serves” was wrong with every item. I contacted both individuals without getting what seems would be a simple fix resulting with me calling the 800 number to deactivate my account.

Worst Customer Service

We have been using EZ Cater for years now- I think about 4. They have always and still do have the worst customer service ever. If you, the business, needs something be prepared to have to reach out multiple times and never get a response. However, when they need to reconfirm an order whether it’s 10pm or 6am they will call and call dozens of times. The service is a joke and they pay for google ads using their ‘partners’ names so they can get a piece of everything.
