بكل بساطة، قم بتسجيل الدخول الى التطبيق واضغط على خيار "مجمع سداد".

صعوبة في التسجيل لتفعيل البطاقة
احاول التسجيل لتفعيل البطاقة وللأسف لا يعطيني في نوع الحساب الا حساب جاري ، ولا اجد خيار بطاقة ائتمان
حاولت التواصل مع الرقم المجاني وابلغني بالانتظار والمحاولة مرة اخرى ، وللأسف لم تنجح العملية
Unfortunately, it’s now more than 10 days since I received the card, and every day I receive a call from your call center telling me they already fixed the problem and till now it’s not.
What a tedious way to activate the card.. if you’re not ready for technology, don’t pretend to be sophisticated and make your customers’ life measurable.
I was very impressed by the benefits that come with the card. However, after going through this agony, I’m very disappointed.

ومنها تأخر الرقم المكون من ستة أرقام إلى 10 دقائق
إضافة مستفيد تأخذ منك وقت طويلا
لا يوجد خدمات تسديد فواتير
أرى أن هذا الابلكيشن يعاد صيغته من البداية
