I am so much impressed by FAB's commitment to equality and inclusivity! As a foreigner from Ghana, I've experienced firsthand how they treat all customers with the same respect and professionalism, regardless of nationality. Their staff is culturally sensitive, and I've never felt like I'm being sidelined or treated differently because of my background. The bank's mobile app is also intuitive and makes managing my finances a breeze and their online banking platform is user-friendly and efficient. I'm grateful for the peace of mind that comes with knowing my accounts are in good hands. They understand that everyone deserves top-notch service and care. Kudos to FAB for setting a high standard for inclusive banking! FAB, the best bank in Dubai, United Arab Emirates😊💖💞!

This is possibly the worst bank in the UAE for consumers. I don’t I don’t give this opinion likely this is after being in the UAE for 26 years as expatriate. Let me tell you the whole story. I have a credit card from FAB. I use it on a website that I bought from before, when I didn’t get a an OTP authentication, I thought it was weird. I didn’t thinkMuch of it later on that date, I got several transactions with zero value around eight. And then a transaction for 4399 AED and guess what the bank didn’t think anything of it and let it through. Six months later. And more than 70 calls with customer service nothing happens.. The worst part is when I called Customer Service on that date after explaining all of that and hoping there will be some sort of a buffer time to release the funds like Emirates Nbd does, the customer service agent tells me that I was a victim of fraud! Well, thank you genius, where’s the money and he says we can’t do anything about that. I want to stay here that I tried everything possible with this Bank and lots of promises were made, but nothing happened. I lost the money and I’m at peace with that as hard as it sounds, and it is. So long story short, I cannot recommend this Bank and advise take your banking to a bank that actually protects you not just send marketing emails on how to protect you

FAB has gone so far with their services from a good daily banking to one of the worst banks in UAE. They’ve toke the opportunity of Covid-19 excuses to terminate people, SLOW THEIR TRANSACTIONS, and delaying requests in the name of COVID 19, they ask customers do do their transactions online when 70% of the in person transactions options are not available online, and when you call the call center they answer you with their famous slogan “we will inform the concerned department and they will get back to you” which they never ever did because apparently there are no one to call you since everyone is being terminated. Now they have cancelled their options to let customers see how many miles they earn from Etihad current account and decided to shift it to mobile banking that “rewards” option never work.. what else can you do FAB, thank you for proving to me and giving me another reason to shift my account to another bank and close my account with you.

FAB is going from bad to worse

FAB has gone so far with their services from a good daily banking to one of the worst banks in UAE. Horrible customer service experience

Extremely unhappy with the customer services respond. By mistake I blocked my card with 3m is I called and told the customer care to unblock. They refused and said new card had to be issued with charges. Really. Now its mire than a week I havnt recd my card thats because only satarday courier person called n I tried explaining him i work in any dhabi n can only receive on weekends. But till date I am not able to operate my account as i havnt recd the card. I am seriously thinking to change my bank with these kind of services.

We've improved access to in-app OTP codes for online transactions. A few more enhancements to keep your app running smoothly.
