Excellent app but customer support form not working

Great app, the user experience is one of the best ones you’ll find in the UAE. By far.
The only caveat to not rate it at 5 stars is the lack of contacting support from the app, the form is not working, the send button stays gray because you can’t select the subject of the request.

FAB is going from bad to worse

FAB has gone so far with their services from a good daily banking to one of the worst banks in UAE. They’ve toke the opportunity of Covid-19 excuses to terminate people, SLOW THEIR TRANSACTIONS, and delaying requests in the name of COVID 19, they ask customers do do their transactions online when 70% of the in person transactions options are not available online, and when you call the call center they answer you with their famous slogan “we will inform the concerned department and they will get back to you” which they never ever did because apparently there are no one to call you since everyone is being terminated. Now they have cancelled their options to let customers see how many miles they earn from Etihad current account and decided to shift it to mobile banking that “rewards” option never work.. what else can you do FAB, thank you for proving to me and giving me another reason to shift my account to another bank and close my account with you.

Best bank ever

The best bank I’ve ever used in my life. FAB customer services is the most awesome of all other banks in UAE. I was having issues with my bank account and they listen to me, checked where the errors might come from and even give me extra cash in my current account. What a lovely and wonderful bank. I’m using this opportunity to inform and advice all citizens and foreigners in the UAE to try get a FAB account and be receiving their salary in it or use for your business. I bet you’ll never regret using FAB.
