Worst China own delivery company
Been with this China own delivery company as part time couriers for almost 4 years, until 2 weeks ago can’t select schedule no response no texts not answering phone calls stop by office at Fremont, manager Nick Liao give me attitude and told me no need select schedule anymore and my account still active, but pass 2 weeks I didn’t receive any orders for least 100 hours. Horrible & terrible service. Watch out they might keep some of your tips and lots of time make you drive 10 miles picking up food but only deliver 2 miles
Don’t sin up for driver!!!
This is my first time to write comment for an app. However I have to warn everyone who wants to be fantuan driver! Don’t sign up for this! they won’t have any information for next steps after you filled up your name, your address and phone number. I bet they steal your information for other purposes. If you don’t believe, you can try. One more time, think clearly before doing it, good luck!!! Also, I don’t want to rate any star for it, but comment needs me to have one star at least for posting it out.
Banned for no reason
I get banned for no reason I did a couple deliveries 1 day 3 days before I tried to logging and surprise my account is banned why? I don’t know I didn’t get an email a call anything I’ll think about speak with a lawyer about this situation
