Love the device, customer support not that much.

I actually got this device for Christmas, because I live in USA , I had to go through Harrods to get it, for some reason they aren’t for sale in US. While trying to register, my device showed error. I contacted the customer support and was told that problem isn’t in device, but their app. So, 3 weeks later I was packing it up to return it and decided to try one last time. And I was able to register and use it. My issue is why do you sell something that costs 800$ if you haven’t perfected app !???? There should be some penalty, discount of gift card , otherwise it’s irresponsible.

The app won’t connect with my FAQ 202!!! Before works good but yesterday can’t find my device. Please do something that I can enjoy all the treatments.!!!
