Extensive Unresolved App Glitch!

Unable to obtain my personal routine. The app freezes up after sensor reads right check. I first came across this issue several months ago and just assumed the issue has already been addressed and a team was already actively debugging the app and would see an update being rolled out shortly....
Several months later, same issue! Others have posted on the same issue, which verifies to me it is not an isolated malfunction of my devise. The most disconcerting to me is the complete lack of any acknowledgment, feedback or follow up from the FOREO team regarding this major issue. The main premise of your product is the interactive aspect providing a personalized cleansing routine to each individual. Why is this issue not being acknowledged or addressed to your customers? The app is 50% of product you are advertising and selling. Without the app and the ability to complete a successful skin analyze this product does not provide a personalized cleansing routine, which looses all its lure in my opinion. This function was the selling point for me!
Would someone please shed some light on this issue? Is the issue being addressed? If so, would someone kindly provide an expected time?

Hi! Thank you for you feedback. Please make sure that your Luna’s Fofo sensors are clean and that the sensors are touching your skin, because they need to get a reading of the skin. If they are not touching the skin, the app will just go to Connect after a while. Your FOREO Team!

Completely in Russian

Had to use two phones one with the app and one with good translate and a Russian keyboard just to navigate. Worthless to buy the product for the skin scanning or anything because I don’t speak Russian and there isn’t a setting to change the language. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if I missed the language set up.

Hi there, I'm genuinely sorry for this inconvenience. I want you to enjoy your FOREO experience. Please first make sure that your phone's language is set to English or any language you prefer your app to be in. Kindly note that if your phone's language is already set to English, and the problem is still happening, you must follow the following instructions. Please go into your phone's settings. Then go to 'General' settings where you will find 'Language & Region' settings. Please click on this. It will open up a new page that lists your Preferred Language Order. Please delete all the languages that are not English (or your preferred language) from that list. You can do this by clicking on 'Edit' in the top right corner. Kindly leave only English (or your preferred language) in the list of languages. Everything should work normally afterwards. If you are using the latest app version, please note that we added a new function in My Profile (bottom right on the home page)->Settings, Named `Select Language`, where users are able to switch FOREO App language and select the language you want. Not a fan

I have a FOREO ufo and a Luna 3. I love the devices but I am no longer able to use the app to scan the masks or change vibration settings. I have tried everything from reinstalling the app to contacting customer service. None of which helped. I guess I won’t be purchasing anymore masks for the UFO.

Hi there! Please note that you no longer need to scan the UFO™ masks every time you want to use them. You simply select the mask under the 'Treatments' section in the app and it appears in the last place in the mask wheel in the 'Settings' section. You can use it normally then. Regarding the issue with your LUNA™ 3 device, you can still adjust the vibrations in your 'Settings' section of the app. Now you are even able to customize the cleansing routine (time and vibration level) for each of the four areas of the face. If you prefer, you can also always use your FOREO devices in offline mode, without the app. Hope this helped! Kind regards!
