The old app and system was better in every way. It is terrible you sold out to instacart. Now i hate keeping your app on my phone because it is data mining. I get that it is easier to let someone else do the work but this shouldn’t be the way.

I don’t like that when someone else in my family makes the grocery order. I can’t hit the pick up button or tell them I’m on my way. Defeats the purpose of my husband and I both have accounts and sharing it.

I used to be able to count on the Fareway app. Ever since they updated it, I lose entire grocery lists. I shop for a business. Imagine how disheartening it is to spend two hours making a list to have it disappear before you can get to the store.
