User friendly & accurate

Like Bass Pro & Sportsman’s Warehouse, Scheels has invested a lot to ensure their website is easy for users to maneuver. What sets Scheels apart from the competitors is that their “on-hand” quantities shown are actually accurate! Given that much (if not most) of a store’s sales now come from their online platform, you would think this would be a priority. Obviously it is for Scheels, which is why 90% of my online hunting, outdoors & shooting shopping is from them. Kudos & a model others need to emulate.

So grateful to be able to order what I need for the family at Christmas time and have it delivered to the house! This has been such a time saver for our busy family and I couldn’t be more grateful. I think the only feedback I would have for improvement would be when an item is out of Stock. It doesn’t tell you until checkout by giving a lengthy error message and then you have to match the SKU number to the item. It would be nice if it could notify the customer a bit easier. Other than that still very grateful!

I used to love using this app for shopping and managing my credit card. But the app seems to be getting progressively worse. I have to continually open then close the app to get it to load all the way. This morning was the breaking point. After many attempts it finally loaded completely but then suddenly closed itself, did this many times. I finally gave up and had to use the Scheels Visa app to pay my card. And the shopping side of the app has failed me many times as well, refusing to put things in the cart forcing me to have to use the website to shop. Not sure what’s going on but this app used to be great. Hopefully the developers are actually reading some of these reviews and will make some positive changes.

Payment nightmare

Keep pushing and see
I use this card all the time. I made payment to bring the balance down to zero almost a week ago. Tried to make a purchase today, but they still haven’t updated the available balance, even though the funds were taken from my account immediately. Spoke with them on the phone, they originally told me that they should be able to get it cleared. But now, they informed me that will have to wait 3 more days. I loved this card, but will start using a different one for all purchases from now on.
