Fails to display all items I placed in My List
I have placed items in My List and I confirm that it is in the My List. I confirm because this app sporadically fails to add an item, and get a prompt that says something like “communication error”. I shutdown the app, re-open it, and then I’m able to add items ... at least for a while until I get another “communication error”.
But even after I confirm the item is listed, I can find that the item(s) no longer appears. Sometimes I reopen the app and the items are there. Basically, the My List section of the app is unreliable.
Many of the other sections of this app is great.
Fix the in store tab
I am a contractor and look up 100’s of products a week and search for instock options from 6 different stores in my area to keep my jobs moving. I use the app all day showing clients their options and to compare prices and availability. I just did this update this morning and now for every product have to use refine and categorize by pick up In store only. Nobody has time for this. I’ve never written a review for anything but this has totally screwed me over to the point I have to take my business to Lowe’s or homedepot because I can’t deal with making decisions in the minutes it takes your updated app that used to take seconds. Please do not take scheduled 4-6weeks like you do most updates.
Edit: Wow 4 hours later and this issue is fixed! Either it was a known issue and the patch was already under works or I had something to do with it which I doubt. Either way thank you, menards above all the other box stores is catered to the contractor for everyday needs, no one else stocks everyday jobsite materials like Menards. Although I did my shopping today at Lowe’s, I will be returning first thing in the am.
First time using online ordering for immediate in store pick up I ordered 3 items.. it showed them as in stock.
Long story short 2 of them were put as backordered and even though they were able to take the money out of my account immediately it took them 4-5 days to process refund. Keep in mind these were items I needed for work that day and they weren’t in stock at any store near me so I could just go make second purchase? Like that should even be an option anyways. Plus the staff were less than helpful in any way and barely knew about anything they were asked. Even though it was in “ their department” waste of time gas and money completely. Buyer beware.. implementation of tech by a company that still uses a mail in rebate system ( because they know most people won’t bother mailing them in obviously ) is probably sub par. But in store if you want your items and buy elsewhere if you need to order online. The employees blamed it on expired / outdated inventory system too.. fun
