Smooth information flow

I get alerts but not as many as the Nike & Adidas apps do but as much as I want to know things that are new, Nike is over the top sending daily & more often than not multiple in a day & for me that almost has me shut their apps alerts off & check when I want to. You app could throw one or two a week like adidas does & I would prefer that, but that may be because I haven’t check my setting since I downloaded it cause I haven’t minded not being bothered either way I like that you ask how I’m doing & what I like because I’d tell Nike they’d have more business if I didn’t feel harassed. I’ve bought one pair of sneakers from them & only cause I got to build my own & couldn’t help how much I liked the look & price, but the 3 pairs I’ve purchased & still have through you company so I love your quality & now the fact that in roughly 2 weeks I’ll have the corona/ breathing masks that look & look like, they’ll fit & feel like the best ones I own & I have many cause my job makes it mandatory, just get your staff to pump out more Black & blue cause the great is great but I’d like all of them but the red and blue are 6 weeks out & the black is sold out.

Great App—Slingride 2s = My Favorite Shoes Ever

Great App—convenient & easy to use. Most importantly, UA has an awesome product line that’s generally affordable (not cheap, but not too expensive—with rare exceptions). The Slingride 2 men’s shoes (under $100, with some colors on sale for $65 at the moment) are light, comfortable & made with materials that feel like they got fit exactly to your feet without getting too tight—they feel great & are easily my favorite daily wear—(i.e. to walk around in, but not for sports)—shoe EVER. Wearing these shoes feels like I’m bouncing around on clouds or something. The UA app also has a variety of nice workout clothes and some first-rate basketball & training shoes—(those & the Slingride 2s are the only ones I have, so I can’t speak to their other shoes, but UA also carries shoes/gear for running, football, baseball & a few other sports)—but the headline here is that the Slingride 2s are just ridiculously, unbelievably awesome.

Zero stars isn’t an option

I rarely send reviews. So when I do it’s a genuine concern. I purchased three Christmas presents through the Under Armour app. Long story short, the order was “never received” with no ability to track it down. Money was deducted from my account yet Under Armour wouldn’t refund since they couldn’t find the order despite proof from my bank that the money was sent to them. They stated that they won’t refund money just because I said it came out of my account. I literally felt like they thought I was trying to scam them. In order to get my money back I had to go through my bank to disputed the charges, Cancel my debit card, and spend hours on the phone re-entering debit card numbers for auto pad bills. Two days later I received an email stating that they found the money when my bank disputed the charges and they would issue a refund despite the fact that I had already gotten a refund from my bank in the dispute. Two days after that the money was removed again. I emailed Under Armour several times with several phone calls and even 3 way called with my bank on the phone. I was never even offered an apology for their mistake. Customer service reps were rude during the process.
I love UA products but this experience has ruined me and I will no longer be doing business with UA in any way.
