The FAST Platform puts your day as a field service technician in one place. Designed for independent techs and subcontractors engaged with Field Advance, FAST gives you everything
you need to execute work in the field — even when you're in a basement, on a rooftop, or between cell towers.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Manage work orders — view assigned tickets with customer details, site info, scope of work, and required parts.
• Navigate to jobs — tap any ticket to route via Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, or your preferred navigation app.
• Complete worksheets on-site — log labor hours, materials used, and scanned part numbers directly to the ticket.
• Capture evidence — attach photos of work completed, damaged equipment, or site conditions.
• Track time and attendance — clock in and out of shifts with location-stamped entries for accurate payroll and billing.
• See your schedule — a full calendar of upcoming, in-progress, and completed jobs.
• Get real-time updates — receive push notifications when new tickets are assigned, schedules change, or dispatch needs a response.
OFFLINE-FIRST BY DESIGN
FAST was built with one hard rule: your work shouldn't stop because your signal does. Every screen reads from a local database first, so tickets, schedules, and worksheets load
instantly. Any changes you make — photos, labor entries, status updates — queue on-device and sync automatically once you're back online. No lost work, no duplicate entries, no
arguing with the app.
WHO IT'S FOR
FAST is for service technicians, installers, and subcontractors engaged with Field Advance on project work. You'll need a tech account provisioned by your Field Advance dispatcher to
sign in — this is not a self-signup service.
PRIVACY & PERMISSIONS
• Location is used to route you to jobs, confirm on-site arrival, and timestamp work on tickets. Background location is collected only while a work shift is active.
• Camera and photo library are used solely to attach job-site evidence to work orders.
• Push notifications are used only for job assignments, schedule changes, and dispatch alerts.
