تطبيق فاشل والعامل اللي يبعد عنك ٦ كيلوا يوصل بعد ساعتين وخدمة عملاء ما يردون

Needs a lot of work
I used app today for a ac maintenance, the workers arrived fast and the work they did was good.
However, as for the app itself, it needs a lot of work, because the map is not very accurate in terms of time and location of the worker. also, it doesn’t show you or give you any prices ahead of time for the work that you need to be done and you also can’t choose what you want to be done. even after the work is done, it shows that the driver is still on the way and everything was completed.
The service itself was good but the app itself is bad.
عدم ترتيب وعدم ات
التطبيق مو شركة ، منصه تجمع عمالة (شيرنق) تخبط وكل عامل يتصل يبي الشغل وكلهم تاخروا.
ولا يوجد فيه خدمة عملاء او طريقة تواصل مع الادارة.
(وهذا خطأ ويخالف قوانين وزارة التجارة)
عموما التجربة كالتالي:
ساعه ونص انتظار مع العلم ان بالخريطة العامل على بعد ٣ كيلو!
وكان الوقت المتوقع ربع ساعه وانتظرت اكثر من ساعتين!
دققنا على الخريطة بعد ساعتين (كل فتره يتم التشييك) والغريب لوكيشن العامل "اللي اتصل وقال ربع ساعه عندك" ماتغير لازال ٣ كيلو هذا شيء غريب معناته الخارطة وهميه وغير حقيقيه او العامل نايم.
تجربة سيئة .. تطبيق بدائي جداً .
