Purchased lifetime subscription

I’m loving this app. It lets me journal my plans for each fast and I can edit my text as I go along each day. This info will be very useful to me when I need to look back at what I was doing. For instance... if I plan a 20:4 fast... I can journal my foods and my emotions etc., so I can see where I succeeded and where I stumbled. Plus it keeps me accountable... I like seeing how far into the fast I’ve gotten. It spurs me on to keep going and not give in. I can also easily see how much weight I’ve lost and that is a motivator too. All that info, plus more, is posted right on the fasting timer page, so i don’t need to search for it. I can also adjust the starting time of my fast going backward, if I happened to forget to post it in real time (that feature may be in the premium version only tho). The premium subscription fee is far less than other apps, so I bought the lifetime version. Also, it doesn’t force u to choose a preset intermittent fast... like 16:8 or 5:2... so u do have to determine your own fast and calculate your time frame as u begin ur fast. That works perfectly for me, because I don’t want to be locked into the fasting choices that other apps force u into.

Beautiful UI, Loving It!

Dark Mode alone is worth the money for premium features. It’s just so lovely to look at that I find myself checking in more often than I would with other fasting apps, which makes for a motivation factor that helps keep me going.
Adding tags or notes during the fast is a nice feature that allows me to get in touch with how I’m feeling and become more mindful of the experience, which is a great thing for me when it comes to meeting my goals.
The only feature I would like to see that isn’t already there is a notification for when I’ve met my goal. Not having one does encourage me to check in with the app more often and sometimes continue my fast further, but I think I would enjoy a nice little reminder that I’ve met my goal without having to think about it.
Overall, this is the best of the fasting apps I’ve tried (and I’ve tried most of them), and I enjoy using it very much.

Great app

I enjoy all the extra features other similar apps don’t seem to have, such as: calories spent and weight/height. I was using a different app before, but they changed it and I couldn’t select specific fasting times anymore. I want to be able to fast for 21 hours and 13 min if I please and this keeps track of that (esp if i choose to end a fast early or prolong it).

Probably should take ‘calories spent’ with a grain of salt, since it doesn’t account for exercise, but it still gives you an idea. I didn’t know i’d spend around 1300 kcal if I fasted for 22hrs, but it makes sense if you calculate how many calories you need for maintenance. Esp useful if you fast for multiple days, it just adds it up for you.

All in all, just very convenient and easy to use.
