FastingForge is a calm, offline intermittent fasting timer. One tap starts your fast — then the Tempering Ring shows which science-backed stage your body is typically in, and how long until the next one.
THE TEMPERING RING
A live dial that heats from cold slate to molten gold as your fast runs. Each milestone — blood sugar settling, glycogen depletion, fat burning, ketosis, autophagy — ignites as its hour is reached, with a plain-language note on what is happening.
