FastingQueens provides various weekly intermittent fasting plans for women which includes 12:12,14:12,16:8, 18:16,20:4, OMAD,14:10 & 16:8 Crescendo intermittent fasting plan. They can start their intermittent fasting journey from the starter plan and they have to practice intermittent fasting of 12 hours for at least 1 - 4 weeks by following the starter plan so that their body can be prepared for the next level. After that, if they feel that everything is going well then they can move to the next intermittent fasting plan. Besides, if they found that their menstrual cycle is disrupted then they can switch from their current intermittent fasting plan to the 14:10 Crescendo intermittent fasting plan.

In the crescendo intermittent fasting plan instead of fasting daily, they will fast on 2 or 3 non-consecutive days per week. For example Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. When their period ends then they can switch back to their previous intermittent fasting plan and by following the given pattern they can continue their intermittent fasting journey without affecting their menstrual cycle until they achieve their target weight.

- Bugs from previous version are also fixed:
1. Negative fasting aiming hours.
2. My Menstrual Cycle info does not always match the period entry during onboarding
3. Period records shouldn't allow the future date as the period end date
4. Some users would get period records saved twice

Changes

Someone recommended this app in a FB group so I decided to give it a try. I set all the things that I could and when is time to log that I break my fast there’s nowhere that I could find to do that. I contacted the help through the app and it went to an email that doesn’t work. I try through the AppStore and it sends me to their site but there’s no contact info to ask questions. The 2 stars is because I really want to like this app. Their articles seem good but if I can’t adjust the times in a regular basis is no good for me because my schedule changes each day. Hope to get some support on this

Love the app!! I enjoyed the messages that pop up and link to articles. I read through quite a few of those articles over the past few days. Fabulous information and keeps your mind straight on focused on the fasting. I even liked the recipe links included. Looking forward to how they will expand the app!!!
