Queue your clips once and paste each with a single keystroke. Built to spare hands that hurt from repetitive copy-paste: less clicking, less switching, less strain. FastPaste is an assistive paste tool: it exists to take the physical strain out of repetitive copy-and-paste. I built FastPaste because I live with arthritis and chronic pain from a severe accident. Pasting a batch of items the normal way (copy, switch windows, click, paste, switch back, ten times over) was one of the most painful parts of my working day. FastPaste collapses that chain of keystrokes, clicks, and window switches down to the minimum the task can need: queue your clips once, then deliver each one with a single press. If repetitive input hurts you due to motor impairment, RSI, arthritis, tremor, injury, or chronic pain, FastPaste was designed for your hands first. And like ramps and curb cuts, it turns out to be better for everyone: less busywork is less busywork, whoever you are. FastPaste provides a searchable clipboard history and a paste-and-pop queue that automatically skips password managers, excludes any app you choose, and syncs between your Macs only if you want it to. Flip one switch, and your machine's history stays fully local. No accounts. No servers. Nothing collected, ever. • Paste-and-Pop: Load a list into the queue and work through it without switching windows: every press of your paste shortcut (⌘⇧V by default) pastes the next item, in order, into whatever app you're in. Copying ten things normally means twenty window switches; paste-and-pop makes it one trip through webforms, spreadsheet tables, or any app that takes data in separate fields. Once you've used it, going back feels like dial-up. • Clipboard History: Everything you copy is searchable, and one click away from pasting into the app you came from. History syncs privately between your Macs through your own end-to-end encrypted iCloud account, or flip one switch to keep your Mac's history fully local. • Fix Clips Before They Land: Copied text isn't always paste-perfect. FastPaste lets you open any staged clip in the editor (trim it, correct it, reshape it), then commit the queue when it's exactly right. List bullets get automatically stripped. You can create a queue by splitting a pasted list into one item per line, pulling lines from a text file, manually creating items, or using a combination of all three. Drag items around to reorder your queue before loading it. • Your Best Snippets, Pinned: Your email signature, your business address, the reply you type five times a day: now you can pin them to a hotkey and paste them from anywhere, no panel needed. Pins sync privately across your Macs through your own iCloud. Your data is always private, encrypted, and most importantly, yours. • Privacy First, Last, and Everything Between: No accounts, no developer servers, no analytics, nothing collected. Copies from password managers are never recorded, and you can exclude any app you choose. Sync happens strictly within your own iCloud account and is encrypted end-to-end. We couldn't read your data if we wanted to. FastPaste uses the macOS Accessibility permission for exactly one thing: delivering the paste keystroke on your behalf, so your hands don't have to. That assistive delivery is the heart of the app and is the only reason it asks.
