When a business asks me, “Do you have a fax that you can send that to us?” I pause for 5-10 seconds (that’s a long to by the way!) and I reply, “Do YOU have a fax at your home?” Then I I don’t have to pause because they ALL say, “No.” Then I protected to say, “That’s because NO ONE uses fax anymore. Get on the email train!”THIS is where I say, “Ok, I have a fax app on my phone, so give me the fax number this time, but your company needs to get updated!”This app is awesome. I have used it for 4+ years and it has never let me down. I have the doc in my phone or email, take a pic, sometimes use their feature to add a cover sheet and I will receive confirmation via app and email (the 21st Century style) and voila! It’s done. It’s been one of the best investments I’ve made. Time is money. I no longer have to drive to my local store and pay $2 per sheet + send fee (whatever!). Absolutely no issues at all. GET IT NOW if you need to send faxes because the dark age company you’re dealing with can’t get it together.

Doesn’t Work and Unresponsive Customer Service

I've very disappointed with this app. I have been using this app for almost a year with no issues. Then it came up for renewal in March 2023. I renewed and then realized it double charged me for the same subscription on the same phone in June 2023. So, I canceled my March 2023 subscription thinking I had the most recent renewal that I was CHARGED the full annual fee for and is supposed to be good until June 2024, but when I went to use the app this month, it is promoting me to choose a plan. This makes absolutely no sense because my Apple account shows that I've paid for the subscription, and it remains active until June 2024. Thinking maybe it was a glitch because this was the first issue I've had. I tried to reach out to customer service as soon as I recognized the problem when I went to use it the week of 8/1/23, yes, almost two months after the renewal. I use it for occasional work faxes. It doesn't work. I email the app's customer service support and no response. On 8/5, I file a complaint with Apple, and nothing. I wouldn't recommend this app at all. There are more reliable, affordable, and free apps that offer better customer service vs paying almost $100 to be able to use the app, get the issue fixed or get a refund!

Very well-designed, And even allows you to Design a cover sheet. Plus you can send a fax anytime of the day. For example the last fax I sent was at 11:32 PM. For someone like myself who sends maybe three faxes a year this is in excellent alternative to going to a store.

This App has really changed since it started. In the beginning, I could purchase pages as needed for faxing. Now, I have to purchase “at the very minimum,” one week of “unlimited faxes.” That wouldn't be bad, except the cost is more expensive this way. And I have no fax pages left over to use at a later time. ... The other issue. They now delete faxes older than 90 days! ... What? You should have warned your clientele prior to enacting this policy! ... I literally had just reviewed my “sent faxes” that were over 1 years old on this app about 2 weeks ago. Fast forward, I just signed in to the App again this evening, to discover that all of my faxes over “90 days old,” (which encompassed all but 2 of my faxes), have been deleted! ... What? ... And “Without Warning!” ... I’m sickened! Some of my faxes had critical information to which I still needed access, and need to be able to show “proof” of being sent if the question arises. ... I’m now in a lurch! ... Shame on you for doing that without giving your clientele/me the opportunity to store faxes elsewhere! ... I’m done using this App!
