It only works when it wants to. They took over my old bank that had a far superior app. This app is terrible. Even when it does work, it’s painfully slow. Probably going to switch banks.

It constantly tells me my login failed. Then will let me in, then even when just a minute later I try to get back in, it says login failed. Nothing changed!!! It’s so frustrating. Can’t accomplish anything if I close out because no guarantee I can get right back in. I’ve had to call to get it reactivated multiple times too because I don’t use it enough. And there’s a reason I don’t use it, from what I’ve just described! Checks will go into a different bank because of it. I recommend fixing how bad this app is if FCCB wants my money in their bank.

I have not been able to log in at all I put in my account number and password and the app closes. Sometimes I can’t even put in the account number and it closes or it just sits there and loads for a long time I’ve waited 20 minutes before closing the app again. It definitely needs updated or fixed or something.

Hands down the worst mobile banking app I’ve ever used in my life, to the point where I’m considering switching banks because I cannot deal with the unreliability anymore. More often than not, when I need to check my account, the app has “system errors” or simply will not open. It’s unacceptable how long this app has been barely functional.
