Simple and effective

I started using FeastByFist to tackle my stubborn baby weight. I’m a firm believer in “all food is good food” and don’t want to deprive myself of occasional sweets either. FeastByFist is based on portion control and food journaling. The concept of putting an Augmented Reality portion circle on my plate is ingenious and saves me tons of time and energy measuring my meals. It automatically logged my meals and portion size in my personal journals. I don’t need to do anything other than pressing a button and eating my food. I also noticed being more mindful of what I’m eating. Taking a picture of my food slows me down from grabbing and eating everything in my pantry. I even started plating my meals and incorporate nice colors from fruits and veggies so I feel good about sharing my meal photos. There are lots of good healthy habits from using FeastByFist. I’ve lost 15 lbs so far and can’t wait to get to my dream goal soon!

I love the simplicity

I have been using the app for a couple months now. I love the simplicity of the app and how easy it is to take a picture of your meal and it will give you feedback. In using the app I have found myself becoming much more health continuous. However the beauty of feastbyfist is that unlike other dieting apps I do not feel constrained to the confines of what the app is telling me. I had a very average diet and since using the app I’ve noticed my diet improving. I highly recommend!
