Feltwork is a private guided journal for slowing down, putting an experience into words, and finding a manageable next step.
CHOOSE A WAY TO REFLECT
Guided Reflection helps you name a feeling and look at a specific moment through structured prompts inspired by CBT thought-record practices.
Experience Integration gives you room to reflect after an experience, notice what remains, leave space for uncertainty, and consider what feels useful in everyday life. Begin when you feel settled enough to reflect. You can skip any writing prompt.
Decision Clarity starts with the decision itself. Describe your options, ask what you really want to happen, consider what you know and what remains uncertain, and choose a small next step. A feelings check is optional.
DRAW WHEN WORDS ARE NOT ENOUGH
Add an optional private sketch in Experience Integration. Use a dedicated drawing screen with eight colors, brush sizes, an eraser, undo and redo. Return to your entry to add a caption. Your sketch stays with the draft and saved reflection.
WRITE OR SPEAK
Type your response or use optional on-device voice dictation. Feltwork does not save audio. Voice input requires a supported device and recognition language.
KEEP WHAT MATTERS
Each entry type keeps its own encrypted unfinished draft on your device. Save reflections to your account, return to them in your journal, and deliberately share an entry or save a sketch. A complete journal export includes writing and editable drawing data.
YOUR JOURNAL, YOUR CONTROL
Saved journal content is encrypted on the server. Journal text and drawings are excluded from product-usage analytics. You can delete individual reflections or your account and journal data from inside the app.
Feltwork supports self-reflection. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or crisis monitoring, and it does not monitor entries for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
An account and internet access are required for sign-in and saved-journal features.

Feltwork now offers three ways to reflect: Guided Reflection, Experience Integration, and Decision Clarity. Read practical instructions before you begin, keep a separate unfinished draft for each entry type, and add a private sketch in Experience Integration. Drawing opens on its own screen with compact Colors and Tools menus. This update also improves finger-drawing stability and asks a more direct Decision Clarity question: What do you really want to happen?
