Welcome to the Femme Nativa Community!

Femma Nativa is a fitness app designed for women by women. Our mission is to help women feel great inside and look great outside.

Our style of workouts is mostly low impact and includes cardio. All our workouts and programs are designed to get you lean and toned. And when most women start doing this type of workout, their body just transforms. They slim down, they become toned, and they start feeling more confident than ever.

Our community of women is friendly, and supportive and is on a similar journey to you. Create your accountability groups, send direct messages, or read through everyone else’s posts and questions for motivation.

Nutrition

And finally, we all know how important nutrition is for not only weight loss but your general health. So we have an 8-week nutrition plan that is tailored to your specific body type. It includes both a regular and vegan meal plan, with over 100 healthy recipes. And this nutrition plan is key to helping you achieve results long term.

Wonderful app and people!

This is the only exercise plan I’ve ever seen that helps women slim down, especially the thigh area. I wasn’t sure what my body type was even after taking the test, so I asked Rachel and she was so sweet and informative and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. The meal plan is awesome, the workouts are challenging yet low impact, which saves my knees and joints from a lot of pain. Highly recommend her and her programs. I’ve yet to see them disappoint anyone who tried them!

Best app for Thigh fat reduction

I have been using this all from past six months to help me achieve my fitness goals. I’m an Endomorph and it has been very difficult to loose the thigh fat.
I have found the app to be highly reliable and performance driven. It rarely crashes , providing a smooth user experience overall.
Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this app to anyone seeking an effective solution for fat loss and to maintain lean muscle.

Thank You for the Resources!

I loved the FemmeNativa emails, and appreciated the free content. When the eBook went on sale, I took the chance to become part of the community! I love the advice and workout videos. The meals are harder for me… I live in a more developing country, so some ingredients aren’t available, but the style of food is also new for me! I like the different styles, and classic favorites like omelets and smoothies. There are a lot of eggs in the recipes though! Overall, the app is super easy to use. I love the content, and how the team responds SO EFFICIENTLY. Thank you!

Hi lovely, Thank you for your kind review! We're so happy to have you join our amazing community and be a part of your fitness journey.
Regarding the meals - generally you can feel free to adjust the recipes to suit your preferences and ingredient availability, but it would be good to try to stay within the approximate recommended calorie intake.
Regarding the eggs replacement, you can try whole eggs with sliced veggies and hummus dip as a snack or an oatmeal and nuts (if you can eat them). You could also add applesauce or a mashed banana as a sweetener.
As an ingredient, you could replace eggs with tofu, tempeh or flaxmeal combined with plant based milk or water (the basic ratio is 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed and 3 tablespoons of liquid to replace 1 egg).
If you'd like to make it simpler, maybe you could find a store bought vegan egg replacer (flax egg).
