Ficam 4+

I use these cameras for my work vehicles and have had issues since installing them. The app is probably the worst app on the market. Although there has been a couple of updates, it feels as if gets worse then the updates come out. The Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting, every time I disconnect the camera and reopen it, it takes a long time to load and when I finally get to the screen, I go to my videos and it shuts off on me again. This is really frustrating….

The app increases the ease of using the dashcam. Once the dashcam is up and installed, the app takes full control of the cam. Connection via wifi in automatic and instantaneous. While the wifi link is still active, the actual control subroutine can be broken and reactivated with one touch.
There are 3x as many control points from the app as directly on the dashcam.
The geographic mapping and logging was tested multiple times - worked.
Downside is once vid or pic is downloaded from the cam (one-touch), it can only be viewed from the app.
Recommended.

I have been using this camera for about 2 years now and I like it. Have not had any issue until now. I have upgraded to an iPhone 14 pro max and every time I try to connect the app to the camera it freezes the camera and you can’t do anything. Also for whatever reason the camera has started to format the card every time it is turned on. If there is a way to fix this someone please tell me. I really like the camera.
