Description

The Fieldcode FSM solution is the #1 software without fixed cost to reach climate positivity. Through the Fieldcode FMA app, you can manage and support the daily activities of field service teams with an easy-to-use interface. Keep your mobile service delivery workforce updated on their scheduled events and important information including schedule details, customer info, communication details, order status updates, and on-map route information.

The features are designed to help you effectively manage the day-to-day activities and provide guidance through each service intervention:

- The user-friendly interface allows for a structured view of the tasks
- The user can provide all necessary task-related information such as date, place, contact persons, task description, additional documents, and more
- All data related to an event is entered in the form of a report and synchronized on the back-end upon completion
- Offline reported data are stored and transferred automatically as soon as the user is connected again. In this way, the field service teams can report events and their status at any time even when there is no internet connection
- Keep track of the time spent on each task and working time in general
- Track the progress when solving tasks
- Report task performance and task completion by collecting all relevant documentation

Version 1.9.0

Get ready for some convenience! With this new version of our FMA app, we have made the login easier among other useful improvements and fixes:

• Password AutoFill: Password AutoFill simplifies our application's login and account creation process. With just a few taps, you can save new passwords or log in to an existing account. Users don't even need to know their password; the system does it for them automatically! Saved passwords directly appear in the QuickType bar above the keyboard on the Add Account screen.
• We are now showing or hiding the myDay section based on the current configuration.
• We have fixed some crashes on the Appointment Details screen when using the "large" accessibility font or the "large" dynamic text font option. These fonts, which can be set through the Display & Brightness Text Size settings or the Accessibility Large Text settings, no longer negatively impact the functionality of the Appointment Details screen.
• An issue where Ticket Info notifications did not navigate to the correct screen after clicking on the notification has been resolved. Notifications now reliably navigate you to the appropriate screen as we intended.
• Various small fixes and stability improvements to improve the overall performance and reliability of the app.
• Last, but not least: We now have a beautiful new FMA app icon!
